Bottom of the table Dundee are one of two teams still in search of that first Scottish Premiership win of the season, hosting an Aberdeen team that's lost half of their league matches this season. The Dee grabbed a consolation goal in their limp Tayside derby defeat to St Johnstone last time out, failing to score in five matches in all competitions beforehand. Needless to say, the combination of failing to score goals and conceding barrowloads equals a recipe for disaster. However, this is a winnable match for Dundee given the visitors aren't in the best of fettle themselves. Aberdeen haven't won a match in any competition in over two months. Elimination from the Premier Sports Cup to Championship side Raith Rovers, from the Europa Conference League to Qarabag FK and two points from a potential 18 in the Scottish Premiership, including four consecutive league losses, does not make for pleasant reading from a Dons perspective. So this is a must-win clash for both sides and perhaps both sides want to win, may see them cancel one another out and have to settle for a share of the spoils. 1:1
